Signal generator, generates a variety of signals.
Supports an output of type complex, float, int, and short
Args:
- Sample Rate : Sampling rate of signal
- Waveform : waveform type
- Frequency : Frequency of waveform (relative to sampling_freq)
- Ampltiude : Signal amplitude
- Offset : offset of signal
