Slice a float value producing 1 bit output. Positive input produces a binary 1 and negative input produces a binary zero.

Example Flowgraph

This flowgraph shows a Binary Slicer block used to change the float output of the Quadrature Demod block into a binary 1 or zero, depending on whether the received tone is high or low.
