The plan is to have an example flowgraph showing how the block might be used, for every block, and the flowgraphs will live in the git repo.
This flowgraph shows how this block multiplies the stream by 256, compared to the regular [[Char To Float]] block.  Note how the signal source is generating random numbers between 0 and 128.

Example Flowgraph

This flowgraph shows how this block multiplies the stream by 256, compared to the regular Char To Float block. Note how the signal source is generating random numbers between 0 and 128.
