Summary
ATSC signal with frequency-selective fading. The fading can be seen as the notches in the top of the spectrum of the signal. Such fading creates problems in the recovery of the information. The signal does have a relatively high SNR (signal-to-noise ratio), but the fading makes recovery of the information using Gnu Radio impossible.
