Signal generator, generates a variety of signals.

Supports an output of type complex, float, int, and short

Args:

Sample Rate : Sampling rate of signal
Waveform : waveform type
Frequency : Frequency of waveform (relative to sampling_freq)
Ampltiude : Signal amplitude
Offset : offset of signal
