Message Ports

The cmd discussion mentions that using pairs doesn't work in 3.8, but [this fix](https://github.com/gnuradio/gnuradio/pull/4313) was back-ported to 3.8. Perhaps the comment should be version specific or removed? Flash (talk) 17:50, 14 February 2023 (UTC)
