The most recent image is instant-gnuradio-3.8.2.0-1.0.0.ova
Using VirtualBox

Installing the VirtualBox Extension Pack
This is needed for USB 3 and is a requirement for running the VM, even if you are not actually going to use USB 3.
sudo apt install virtualbox-ext-pack
