(The **Rail** block in GNU Radio clips an input signal to a specified range by setting values below a low threshold to that minimum and values above a high threshold to that maximum, with both thresholds being run-time adjustable. Values within the range remain unchanged.)

Currently we have no standard method of uploading the actual flowgraph to the wiki or git repo, unfortunately.  The plan is to have an example flowgraph showing how the block might be used, for every block, and the flowgraphs will live in the git repo.

Parameters

(R): Run-time adjustable

Low clipping (R)
The low value to clip to.
High clipping (R)
The high value to clip to.
