GRCon24 A V requirements
THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS!
The emphasis of our GNU Radio conference is placed on the in-person presentations, sponsor exhibits, and personal contacts among the attendees. Live streaming is also provided to allow those who cannot attend in person, and those in other time zones to participate virtually.
Main Hall
All of the Main Track presentations will be in the Main Hall.
Video
- (2) 10,000 Lumen projectors on 8ft high stands
- (2) Da-Lite 9'x16' screens with stands
- (2) 100' HDMI/SDI cables
- (2) HDMI to SDI converters
- (2) 20 amp power drops for projectors
Audio
- amplifier and room speakers
Facilities
- (1) 20 amp power drop for every 4 tables
- (1) 20 amp power drop for A/V (table near podium)
- Dedicated wired Ethernet for A/V table
- Stage with podium
- Shared Internet for attendees over WiFi
Expo Hall
Sponsors will be provided a 10ft wide, 8ft deep booth space. It is estimated that there will be 16 sponsor booths. Each should contain:
- 6ft table
- (2) chairs
- (1) 20 amp power drop (shared) for every two booths
- wastebasket
Workshop 1
Workshop 1 will be set up as a classroom with tables and chairs facing the podium.
