Formatting and Functional Corrections

A few issues here. (1) There's HTML embedded formatting left from it having been imported from elsewhere. (2) Following the instructions doesn't actually work. (3) The project generated has full path names to each file rather than virtual folders. I'm willing to take on cleaning it up but I'm by no means a CodeBlocks nor CMake expert, so I'll definitely need some reviewing done on my updates.
